New Intake Parents’ Evening - Thursday 6 July, 5.30-7.30pm

If your son or daughter is coming to Waltham Toll Bar Academy in September, we would like to invite you to attend our New Intake Parents’ Evening. This takes place on Thursday 6 July from either 5.30-6.30pm or 6.30-7.30pm, depending on which tutor group they have been placed in; this information will be sent to you via letter in the next week once these groups have been finalised. There will be a short welcome talk, representatives will be there from Uniform Direct and Clarks to assist with any uniform queries, and light refreshments will be served. You will also get to meet your son/daughter’s tutors and ask any questions you might have in a relaxed, informal setting.

We are committed to smooth and supportive transitions that allow each child to settle in, get to know their teachers and make new friends. We believe that you, as parents and carers, play a key role in this transition so you too can feel reassured that your child will be safe and happy when they join the Waltham Toll Bar family. The transition days will form a big part of this process, as will this evening, and we hope that you and your child will be able to attend.
