As we are now into the new academic year, we would like to share with you some information regarding what students will be studying with us this year.

The link below will take you to the learning journeys section of our website where you can see the sequencing of each curriculum at Waltham Toll Bar Academy. These documents will allow you to see what is studied in each year group, as well as how that learning will progress throughout your child’s time with us.

Each curriculum has been planned so that knowledge and skills are built across student’s time at the academy in order for students to be able to tackle complex problems and embed their learning. Waltham Toll Bar Academy - Assessment

At Waltham Toll Bar Academy each year group will have two assessment points. Information about these assessment points in Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four is available on the website. Following each assessment, a summative report will be sent to parents where you can find your child’s assessment performance in each subject area. If you require further information regarding assessment points please contact your child’s Head of Year team.
