Switch from ParentPay to Capita Pay360

Dear Parent/Carer

We are writing to inform you that from Saturday 1 January 2022, we will be switching from Parent Pay to Pay360 Sims Pay.

Moving to Pay360 Sims Pay will enable us to have one system for all purchases. This will include Academy visits and Academy meals.

At the end of December 2021, we will refund or transfer the balance of your child’s account to Pay360.

You will shortly receive an email from Pay360 with log in details. Please could we ask you to follow the instructions in the email to set up the account which will enable you to top up your child’s account. If you do not receive an email, could we ask you check your junk email.

If you have any questions please contact the Academy via email at enquiries@tollbaracademy.co.uk. Please state your child’s name, year, registration group and your name so we can deal with your query quickly.

If your child is going on a visit this year you may already have a Pay360 account set up. If you do have a Pay360 account you will not need to complete any further actions with regards to setting up an account.
