Careers from Year 7 to Year 13

Our careers programme is progressive. Students do not wait until Year 11 to begin thinking about their future. From Year 7, they are encouraged to discover their strengths and interests, explore different careers and understand how the choices they make can open future opportunities.

As students progress through the academy, these experiences become increasingly personalised and focused on the decisions ahead of them.
