The SENCo is supported by the Vice Principal of Inclusion who has over 15 years' experience. The Academy directly employs an Educational Psychologist, EWO, Careers Advisor and has strong links with external agencies that specialise in children’s mental health. In addition to this the Academy has well established working relationships with many other outside agencies.
